What is it?
The Strengths Profile Assessment is a powerful, research-backed tool that provides essential career support by helping you uncover: Your Realised Strengths – the things you're great at and love doing (hello, zone of genius); Your Unrealised Strengths – hidden superpowers waiting to be used; Your Learned Behaviours – skills you’ve picked up, but that secretly drain you; Your Weaknesses – the things you don’t enjoy, and don’t need to fake your way through. You’ll receive a personalised 4-quadrant profile and a 60-minute 1:1 debrief with me (a certified practitioner), where we’ll unpack 60 strengths, your unique strengths story, and what it means for your career, wellbeing, and goals. This strengths assessment is designed to specifically support neurodivergent career counseling, ensuring that you can fully utilise your strengths, which is what I'm all about!
